  3. Das ExpressThis Gets Off In a Hurry! The Fastest Method We have. Once order is processed, the package is shipped using a 1-2 Day Guarantee from processing. PLEASE NOTE The 1-2 Days will be on top of the processing time of 24-48 hours. Delivery may also occur on the weekends however is not guaranteed.


Confidential Discreet shipping and billing is important to me. How will my order look when it arrives and what will show up on my credit card?

Your order will come in a plain unbranded box. The Label Will Show It's From The "Shipping Dept" with a Return Address.

Your Credit/Check & Paypal Account Will Show Up as "Das Cheap". This is our parent company and will show up on either your statement or paypal as such.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! We Ship to almost any country with a confirmed account and verifiable billing information. At checkout you will have to select the "International Customer" option to calculate real-time shipping quotes to your destination.

Do You Accept Returns Of Your Products?

We are Sorry, however we do not accept any returns of the merchandise on Das Adult.com Mainly for the fact that all of these items are designed to come into close personal contact with their users.

Do You Offer a Warranty on the Products You Sell?

Even though we don't offer refunds, we of course have a Warranty in Place in the event a product is non-functional or DOA. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order ONLY if the item has not gone into "Processing". Due to the time frames, and immediate nature of handling your orders for fast timely service orders usually start processing within minutes and have a small window for cancellation (This can be done in the backend of your account when you sign in!). However once it goes into Processing, there is nothing we can do and the order will be sent, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
